Hi, I’m Spencer Maxwell, founder of Maxwell Strategy Group. During my time at Ernst & Young, I had the privilege of working with incredible businesses, helping them solve complex challenges and uncover new opportunities. I also saw firsthand how consulting services at large firms often came with high costs and barriers, making them inaccessible to many small businesses and nonprofits. That’s what inspired me to start Maxwell Strategy Group—to bring the same level of expertise and strategic thinking to clients at an affordable rate. My goal is to empower businesses to grow sustainably, with tailored solutions that truly make an impact.
